It was very windy outside when I met Shaquita and DeMarion at Legacy Park. Windy enough that, when I first arrived, I stupidly put a file of papers on the hood of my car and they immediately scattered. Sheesh.
Despite the wind, it was an unusually warm February day…which, actually, is pretty usual for us here in South Carolina. It was a wonderful day to have picnic, fly kites, or have a photo shoot!

Okay, can we just all agree that the expression on DeMarion's little face is adorable? Yes.
I just love that Shaquita chose pink for her photo shoot! The color looked great on her and really popped against the winter foliage.
